I’m looking to use the air compressor to fill our bike tires however the Presta valve adapter is too small. Has this worked well for bike tires? Does it allow the compressor to fill to the appropriate set pressure?
I’ll have to check. I have a small portable air compressor I keep in my motorcycle tail pack for doing all of our two wheeled vehicles, so never tried the truck on on bikes. I’ll check with the presta adapter and get back to you.

Do you mean the presta adapter is out-of-spec or that your bikes have schrader valves? There is an adapter in the factory kit for schrader. IIRC, the on-board compressor can deliver 150 psi max.. So if you have road bikes with presta tubes, it should be able to deliver the needed pressure (80~130 psi). However, the pressure gauge is not precise. Pending how much of a stickler you are, you might want a stand-alone gauge to verify pressure.
