Alexa not connecting

Hi,
We have a 2024 R1S at the latest software version.
This week Alexa has gone on vacation and we don’t seem to have the ability to connect.
The error message is Couldn’t connect to Alexa .. Try again later.

the sign in is also not available ..

I have done infotainment reset and then just wait until it reconnects

Alex is unreliable. Alexa can probably be fixed with a software reset.

Wife (R1S) and I (R1T) had the same problem. I did an infotainment reset and she just reappeared like a genie (I told her I had missed her and she replied “I don’t know about that”). My wife’s came back for a little, and has been playing hide and seek since then. Occasionally working and then disappearing, only to reappear again.
