The OEM compressor hose can be a pain to roll up and get back in the bag. I gave the following air hose a shot. It worked well, is very light, recoils and is super easy to get back in the bag. This makes the air compressor so much more usable because I’d personally avoid using sometimes because I didn’t want to deal with the hose. I’m now keeping the OEM hose in the under bed storage area with my spare as back up

These couplers are great. They just push right on to the OEM compressor:

They’ll work with the OEM tire chuck as well, but I decided to give this one a shot and it worked well in my quick trial from earlier:

If you use the chuck above, you’ll need a few more adapters.

Pretty much any coiled hose with two 1/4” NPT female Milton-M couplers will work. 25-footer fits in the Rivian bag nicely, if you want a little more slack for not much more $. Amazon has lots of options. Some reinforced. This and a brass coupler is what I got last year. https://a.co/d/9QIjZwA

There's a trick. The previous owner of my truck, and another Rivian owner, treated me like I was the first person to invent fire AND the wheel when they saw me do it. Roll it up at the right size without trying to make it flat like the bag. Layer the coils so some are small and some larger, so the bundle is less thick. Lay it on the gear tunnel door flat, near the edge, with the velcro strap under it. Use your leg and your hand to squeeze the bundle into an oval and pull the strap over. Takes longer to talk about it than do it. Now it fits easily.

That said, I'm probably going to make a four-tire hose kit like I've had on my Jeeps. Does all of them at the same time. And I have a gear tie-down/hanging track in the bed, where a hole can hang very easily.
