Android App v2.19.0 trip planner no longer working?

Was just trying out the trip planner on the app, but it no longer works for me. I'm on v2.19.0 and v2024.51.01.

When I try to search, I get a "Sounds cool, but we can't find that.." message. Even dragging the map doesn't work, it just centers me in the middle of the atlantic ocean. I've tried another phone, and it's the same.

Everything else with the app works (charging, climate, find my car, etc.) Any suggestions?

Same. But only just now. It worked perfectly fine for me planning a trip to Manning Park BC last night, all app/vehicle software variables were the same. Maybe a server issue?

Yeah there's something funny going on there. I see the same thing. And if I choose one of my previous searches then the planner does find it but the map gets scaled to show the entire world rather than just the route to that previous location. And pinch zooming doesn't work. The map seems to want to center on 0°00'00.0"N 0°00'00.0"W ...

I personally never use the app planner, because it doesn't have the tools I need for planning a trip. I use ABRP instead. Specifically, the Rivian app only shows a limited subset of chargers, and doesn't allow you to plan multi-day trips with overnight charging stops. If I'm just taking a short trip, I still use ABRP. If I just want to find a place, I use Google Maps and use the "Send to Rivian" feature.

Ok, it seems it was a temporary server/backend issue and is working now for me. Was still sluggish and partially broken couple hrs earlier, but working well now.
