Since this is a Great Customer Service thread: We haven't had a problem with our truck, so I can't speak to that. But the delivery process -- the knowledge and enthusiasm of the Bellevue SC employees -- was impressive. It was the best car purchase experience we've had by far. We've purchased a huge variety of cars from dealers.

Just got my R1T back from the Service Center in Phoenix. Was provided a loaner R1T and was constantly kept informed as the repairs progressed. Returned on time. What a pleasant experience in comparison to repairs with other car manufacturers in the past.

Huge shout-out to the great folks at the Denver SC last Friday! I just completed my first onsite service there for a few minor issues (Driver+ sensor, alignment check, FM radio module, etc.) and EVERYONE I dealt with was exceptional! Thanks to Martin and Damir (Service Writers), Annie and Sloan (Customer Relations/Test Drives, etc.) and Jacob (Service Technician). These guys tirelessly allowed me to ask questions and observe their work. And Martin provided me more than enough Uber credits to meet my son for lunch and get some shopping done.

When I returned Friday afternoon, Martin and Damir made sure that, not only was the truck's work completed but also had the truck washed and ready to go!

Final point - first time in my car owning life that my vehicle was returned with more fuel than it had when it arrived - they ensured it was fully charged for my 90 mile return trip home.

Absolutely outstanding performance and customer service! If this is the culture that Rivian is cultivating then they're certainly on the right track. When it seems every other automaker is cutting back on service and extras to customers, Rivian is full speed ahead in the other direction!!! Keep it up guys and thanks again!!!
