Anyone else getting messages late at night from Rivian?

I got messaged at 2 am and 11 pm this week about some service requests. I don’t know if they were at my local service center or some call center elsewhere but they must be slammed if they are working this late.

I got email 2:22am this morning to start my purchase process. Did seem kinda wierd that early in the morning, even with me being hawaii time zone. Happy to finally be getting my R1S soon though!

I have received calls about open service tickets after 2100 EDT and on Sundays (including Easter Sunday!).

I got a call from Rivian yesterday saying that my R1S had just arrived via tow truck at the Salt Lake service center. Except, the car was in my garage about 650 miles from SLC!

I love my R1S, and Rivian service has been outstanding for me!

I think they have 24/7 coverage at the service call center in Michigan.

If so, they may have "slack time" to pick up tasks in the routine queue.

I'd support that, as long as they didn't call me when I'm sleeping.

I’ve received a few calls that were what I thought was a bit late to be calling. 9:45 pm etc. I’ve always thought this was odd customer service, but I never received any in the middle of the night!
