Anyone having BT phone issues with contacts?

I'm having a repeated issue where my contacts and their numbers are not showing up properly on the UI.

My contacts sometimes show names, sometimes just numbers, and often times calls don't appear on screen until phone has been ringing for a long while.

Had this issue with the following devices:

1. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
2. Samsung Galaxy Fold 4
3. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Current)

Tried unpairing, deleting contacts and repairing.

Anyone else having these issues?

yes. It’s random. Sometimes it works fine. Sometimes it’s just slow and sometimes it doesn’t load at all. I have an iPhone 14.
