Anyone use beaded seat cushions (cab driver beads)?

Anyone use beaded seat cushions?
If so, how are you getting them to be in the right position, and also hold?
Normally the thin part goes under the headrest, and then the headrest clamps down to hold the beads in place.
But since the headrests on the Rivian don't move up or down, we can't do that.
Does anyone else like to use the beads, and if so have you found a solution?
I've attached what it looks like, and the skinny part is way too low, and it doesn't stay in place.

Resolved. I found another style that goes over the headrest instead of under it. I didn't realize they existed

Google results on Gboard filter out the good gifs, so sometimes I'll go to DuckDuckGo and get the good stuff.
