Too funny... You be the judge: I have 6 trouble tickets in, some as far back as mid June, yet app shows 1. Also service call end of sep, for mid June issues and so on, shows me dropping truck off 4hrs away at SC when expressly told them - not happening - and they scheduled a pick up. Obviously work in progress, smooth UI coming s00n. Another swing and a miss Rivian.

That’s because your truck isn’t on the update that enables it. My understanding is once they release the next OTA update it will populate.

From what I’ve seen, the app update is released and the OTA starts rolling out then or the next day. So I’ve been using app release as better judge for OTA releases

Same here... works fine and is faster on my Pixel running Android 13.

Chicken and egg. People would complain that the OTA enables remote window control but Rivian hasn't pushed the update via mobile.
And you don't push both at the same time because if there's an issue, was it the app update or OTA update that caused it?
