I'm having pretty significant issues with climate scheduling as well. It seems completely broken for me. Scheduled it several days ago to be ready by 8:20 every morning from today until Friday and today I went to check the app at 8:10 and nothing was happening with the car. Still asleep no climate on (and the cabin temp was way lower than the set temp).

I've noticed that if I press the in-app button to manually turn on the climate, then turn it off, that the car will then turn the climate back on to heat up based upon the schedule - but that obviously defeats the purpose of an automatic schedule. Note that other buttons do not work - if I lock/unlock the car - the climate stays off. Its like the climate subsystem is sleeping.

Once it starts preconditioning (from manually turning climate on then off) - if you get in the car and drive off without turning off the schedule (e.g., because the car did not hit the target temperature) the climate gets wonky. You cannot override the climate settings - e.g., by turning up or down the heat. It will change, but then change right back in the car. You have to turn off the climate schedule otherwise it refuses to change off what was set in the schedule (e.g., the temperature set in the schedule).

Yesterday, I set a climate schedule for 2:30pm (I set this around 8am in the morning) - and of course it didn't work. So I got in my car and drove to my destination. Well..... the climate never shutoff when I left my vehicle. It was like 78 degrees in the car (my temp setting is 68) when I came back from my meeting.

Also, I've been having issues setting or clearing climate schedules in the app. I click on the button to deactivate them, and it seems to work for a second, then gives me an error that it cannot deactivate the schedule and then the slider for the schedule moves back to activate. Same thing with deleting.

This morning, I cleared all climate schedules from the car, did a hard reset, and then activated a new schedule for tomorrow at 8:20 from the car itself. We shall see.

If that doesn't work, I'm going to open a service ticket. Anyone else having these issues? Any troubleshooting tips?

Would be nice to have this working as Friday is supposed to be -40 with windchill around here.....

I plugged in this morning with the intention to precondition by 3:15. At 2:15 I saw the live activities notification pop-up on my phone and I said to myself, that’s early, why does it take an hour to precondition? It’s not that cold out, 36°. The interior temperature was around 50 and I set it to precondition to 70. When I looked closer, I realize this was not due to preconditioning and it said the vehicle was maintaining range. This is the first time I’ve actually seen this alert. Is it normal?

To update this issue where my climate preconditioning schedule is not working-service texted this a.m. apparently there is a clock in the high voltage battery(?) that is “stuck” and that is why my climate preconditioning is not functioning. They are replacing the hv battery under warranty. @brandoncole and @jmtreetop you may want to get it serviced.
