Are these red modules an actual problem?

Hi - so I do have it booked in for a service in Dec, it curious, are these an actual problem being red, if anybody has any insight, that would be great to have a heads up. Thank you.

I think I read somewhere that perfectly working cars still have some red modules.

Ok cool, mostly double checking on any advise for dont doo’s whilst that like that (not sure if that makes sense? it’s going in for what I can only describe as a “buzzing” that sounds like it’s coming through the speakers (I don’t believe it is) when I’m at low speeds. Not the motors, I can hear those separately… anyone had this sound?
