Back up lights on when car is locked.

Help! My R1T was locked in my driveway. I walked by with my phone and it unlocked. So I locked it. But the backup lights went on after locked. And stayed on. Not good for a battery! Perhaps a bug in the update I uploaded today? Any suggestions on how to turn them off?

This has been there for quite some time (more than a year). These are labeled as courtesy lamps or something similar, and you can set a timeout for them in the settings menu.

You can also rest assured that these low powered LED lamps won't have a noticeable impact on the battery SoC.

Those lights could stay on for 6 months without using significant battery. But if you want to turn it off:

Go to settings, vehicle, exterior lights, guide lights.
