Battery problem?

So ever since we picked up our R1T last month - Dual motor Large battery, all season tires - we have not been able to charge to the expected 355 miles. Instead it always says max is 315.

Is this what YOUR Gen 1 large pack looks like on your screen?

shouldn’t max charge/range be 355?

More background if you want to read extra -

Our truck recently went in for service on the suspension and the tech did say the 315 range is not right, they want to schedule a service appointment for that. I asked is it possible that the battery is incorrect? Immediate NO, I asked why would you be so sure? They said it doesn’t happen. They think it’s a software solution. In the meantime do other Gen1 R1T owners have the same look in their screen?

Presume you have a gen 1 truck? When you go to Settings > About on the main screen, what does it say your battery is? Does it also show the truck with 21" wheels?

315 is what the Standard+ pack is rated for with 21" wheels on the gen 1. Large is actually rated 352.

This is what my large pack looks like although I had no idea that it looked different between battery sizes.

352 is the EPA estimate at 100% charge. That with 21" road wheel and tire set. 22" sport wheels are less and the 20" AT tires are the least.
