My brother, myself, and Abyss with approximately 800 lbs of passengers, gear, roof top tent, etc set out to run the entire Blue Ridge Parkway (BRP) utilizing the recently completed Rivian Adventure Network (RAN). Our purpose was to evaluate the RAN for future leisure trips not partake in the wonders of the BRP though the colors were not prime the views were outstanding. We plan to create a short video in the future.
Attached is a spreadsheet of the compiled trip data. Be advised we do not warrant it to be error free, technically correct, without typos, nor are we responsible if you rely on it for personal use, (legal disclaimer, LOL).
About Abyss, she is a Red Canyon, Quad Motor, R1T with Ocean Coast + Dark Ash Wood interior, VIN 16726, 21" road tires, with 12,515 miles of exploring GA, FL, NC, SC, and AL over the last 10 months. Primarily road miles with intermittent light trails. No major mods, yet!
Enjoy and respond as you see fit.

I just got back from a trip to NC Smokey Mountains, and VA Blue Ridge Mountains. All RAN’s I used worked great! Enjoyed my trip just froze on the ground with my tent. So I bought a tent that sits on the truck bed. This will be my next trip. Lol

You missed some snow and frost by just a few days!

Looks like you did some mix of conserve and (mostly) sport on the parkway? How did you feel about each for driving the ups and downs and curves?

I've been in All Purpose 95% of the time so far and will probably use Conserve in low for long interstate stretches. I would probably lean toward All Purpose for the BRP because of some of the rough patches of road and wanting the softer suspension, but sport would theoretically be more fun -- not that AP isn't plenty capable of spirited driving.

I rarely use AP, prefer S for the responsiveness for city and curvy back roads wherever I can find them. C was a no on the BRP as I felt like I could feel and hear the rubber evaporating on the front tires. I generally use C for highways. It will be interesting to see the tire activity on the new update.
Thanks for the feedback, would have like to seen the snow.
