Bluetooth calls have no audio after 2024.27.01

I removed the phone from the car and then re-paired it and it works now too...also had to turn up the volume when I did a test call as it was basically at 0. Not sure if that was a coincidence or happened once I re-paired the phone, but alas it works.

yup, i have the same issue and now even with the 2024.31.01 update, it still does the same thing.

I'm having this same problem. The microphone is working but no audio from the phone during a call. Did the most recent update and that didn't fix it. Messaged Rivian a few times and they were of no help so now I have a mobile tech appointment. Did soft reset, hard reset, deep sleep, unpaired, restarted phone, nada.

I took delivery Monday. Calls worked great Monday and Tuesday but since then, I have the same issue. So I guess I start by unpairing the phone (which is my key) and then repairing???
