Apple Music is a joke on my R1S. Works maybe 10% of the time, the layout is bad, very limited functionality. Have a service request in but I don’t think they care about making it work.
I'm having this same problem. The microphone is working but no audio from the phone during a call. Did the most recent update and that didn't fix it. Messaged Rivian a few times and they were of no help so now I have a mobile tech appointment. Did soft reset, hard reset, deep sleep, unpaired...
Hey all, snow socks for the 20” tires are all sold out, heading to Tahoe Saturday and apparently there is a freak late March storm. Anyone in the Bay Area have a set they are willing to part with for a few days just in case they are needed?

When is Rivian going to start incorporating traffic data into its route planning and estimates? I know, it allegedly already does that, but I don't buy it. Almost every day I'll sit in traffic for 30 minutes barely moving and it will tell me that my destination is 20 minutes away without every...
I swapped to 20s and am looking to sell the original 21” wheel and tire set. Only 1,900 miles on the rubber and wheels are in perfect shape.
$2,000 for the set, located in the East Bay.
You might want to ask in advance whether they are available to actually work on it. Sometimes the call center people schedule service when the techs are backed up for weeks. My car has been at a service center for two weeks now just to swap wheels.
The process of trying to get service really makes me think I should sell my Rivian stock. This is just no way to run a business. Just got a call that they still haven't worked on my truck and so it is going to be at least two weeks just to swap wheels and tires despite booking the appointment...
My R1S has now been sitting in the SSF service center parking lot for a week to get new wheels/tires and an alignment (was delivered to me out of alignment). Hasn't moved. Scheduled the drop off 7 weeks ago -- for no apparent reason I suppose. I'm told I'll get an "update" tomorrow but they're...
I made an appointment with the SSF service center 6 weeks ago (the soonest appointment). I'm just swapping to a new wheel/tire combo and need alignment. So maybe an hour of work? They're telling me TWO WEEKS! I asked if I could just bring the car back when they're actually ready and they said...
Available for pickup in the Bay Area in about 2 weeks, vehicle is currently at Rivian to swap out for a 20" set.
Only 1,900 miles, no damage and mostly highway miles.
Beautiful combo. Mine is Limestone + Forest Edge. (Wife doesn't like green and couldn't jab a thumb in her eye and get both!) I'm still obsessed with the Forest Edge, it's perfect.
1. The seat is way too sensitive in terms of dropping into park when it doesn't detect a driver. Even when I turn back to look out the rear it will often drop me into park when my weight shifts. Super annoying, and it even does it when I'm actively reversing and then grinds to a halt.
2. Tidal...
Yeeesh my efficiency is terrible by comparison. Lifetime of the vehicle at 1000 miles is 1.7. About 600 of that was a roadtrip with my R1S fully loaded, going around 85 most of the time -- got 1.75 on that trip. Mostly short drives beyond that.
