Bluetooth Issue with Phone Calls Only

I just took delivery of my new R1S on Friday and already have an issue with Bluetooth. I have my iPhone paired and audio streaming (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.) works fine but there is no audio when I try to make and receive phone calls. I have tried paring multiple devices with the same issue. Rivian support had me do an infotainment reset and full vehicle reset and the issue is still present. I have an appointment at the service center (3 hours away) but am hoping there might be a way to resolve it before I have to make the drive. Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you two sure that your phone isn't defaulting to the phone for the call audio source?

Check the volume settings on your Rivian? Phone volume could be set to 0.

My issue was no one could hear me on phone calls, but I could hear them (through the vehicle’s speakers). Wiring harness had a frayed wire, which they soldered.

Im having the same issue, how did you resolve it?

I have not resolved it yet. Phone is on bluetooth and audio is turned up. Rivian wants me to go to service center which is a 3 hour drive away...

Try sleep reset. It fixed mine
