Bluetooth Issues

Just started last week on my 2023 R1S with 20k miles, but everyone says my calls are breaking up when I use bluetooth. I can hear them perfectly, but everyone says I'm breaking up. As soon as I switch to speaker, the issue resolves. Is there any known issues with a recent update or is this likely to be hardware related?

My wife's phone is having the exact same issue since the most recent update. 2022 R1S.

Just asking questions that might help narrow down the issue:

How many calls are we talking about?

Were you driving when on the calls or parked?

Was your phone’s reception strong at the time of the calls?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Have you tried a software reset For your R1T?

It’s every single call I’m on. The other party says I’m breaking up even though I can hear them perfectly. Switch to speaker and the issue goes away so clearly something specific to the mic or Bluetooth connection. Started a week or so ago but never been an issue prior.

I’m going to do the infotainment reset and see if that clears this up. I’ll report back
