Bluetooth using phone call profile to play music audio

I’ve noticed this problem happen intermittently where the truck uses the wrong Bluetooth to play music. The display shows the phone calling my own phot number instead of the album cover. The audio quality also suffers quite a bit. It doesn’t get resolved sometimes unless I complete turn off/on Bluetooth on both phone and car.

anyone else experience this? The Bluetooth music thing has had about 40 bugs in the past 2 years of my owning the truck. Many of them have been resolved but a few big ones are still looming.

I also have sound quality issues as soon as I put the vehicle in park. The audio immediately becomes choppy and doesn’t recover for over a minute. When I brought it up to rivian they acted like it’s the first time they’ve heard of this complaint. Am I the only one?

Where do we report these issues in the rivian app under service?

had something similar a few times but after reading up on a post about improving sound and now Tidal's higher quality option, i rarely use BT for music. try Tidal more and it should go away........

I use BT for music all the time. I often hit Park and sit in the truck waiting for my wife to run in a store. The only time I get the fluttering sound is when she gets to the truck first and her phone connects and then she gets out and walks away.

We don’t use our phones for calls too often in the truck, but I never noticed anything odd when we do - although I could have missed something.
