Since dealers don't always know what is supposed to come with the truck (especially non-standard extras like this), they may simply not have collected it from the original owner.

I suspect this is what happened to my keycards.

well, just picked it up and got it home. Sort of fits in the garage. I'll update the OP with pics... the tonneau cover does NOT work.... so, that sucks. Also, there is a underbody panel that seems to have come loose and scraped on the ground. I took some pics of it and spoke to and submitted them to Rivian. Check these out...
