happen to know the exact length of it? Also, what issues are you getting taken care of? How was the transfer process for you?
5 years - 60K Miles. And I bought with over 10K miles on the truck, but it performs good as new - the issues arent related to performance at all. There's one panel alignment issue and then the hood looks like it does latch as tightly on one side as it does the other. The Rivian support team got both issues tacked onto an open work order I had where I'm getting new wheels installed

Bought my R1T used with 100 miles on it last year. I was able to get the name of the Rivian guide associated with initial purchase but after 10 days and no return calls I called the service number at 855-748-4265 who had me set up a calendar appointment on their system with the guide and then the transfer occurred in 2 hours

Be sure you get two key cards and the key fob. If there was a bracelet issued you will want that also as you can download the Rivian app but cannot add the new vehicle to the app and use as a digital key until Rivian does that for you So you need to use key cards and fob to unlock the vehicle and drive it until that electronic transfer occurs

Also Rivian will need a proof of purchase document , your driver license and registration copy so they can verify you are the new owner before they transfer the vehicle

After that Rivian and especially Rivian service honors the original warranty and treats me as the original owner as far as they are concerned

The one unique experience you’ll have ver new is moving the account into your name. Process took me about a week.
That the truck is awesome, and it will probably take a couple of weeks for them to move the account over to you.
I contacted Rivian the day after I bought my vehicle and it was assigned to me within 24 hours. I think the process is getting faster.

Just be sure to have as much proof of the purchase as possible, scanned and ready to be submitted to Rivian support.

I bought my used R1T (just over 3,000) miles back in January and haven't regretted it once! My tonneau cover still works (knock on wood) and it has become the de-facto family car.

There were three system updates available as soon as we got it home, and we've had to take it in for a couple of service items, but all of that means that the warranty has been honored, and we're getting all of the support that we would have had we purchased new.

I think the only thing we missed out on was actually meeting our guide and fostering a relationship. Otherwise, it's been smooth sailing.

I think Rivian recommends contacting them before purchase to make sure the warranty hasn’t been voided. Otherwise enjoy your truck, it’s going to be awesome.

Check to see if the tires have been rotated. Make sure you get all of the keys before you leave with the truck. If you have any issues with PAAK the fob and key cards will work.

Yes. And as I understand it, it should be the guide that was assigned to the vehicle to begin with.

Honestly, that's better than I was doing. Mine wasn't an LE, so I didn't get the bracelet, but mine was also missing the two keycards and I had to pay for those out of pocket.

The Launch Editions came with the bracelet, so make sure the seller includes it in the sale, or has had it removed from the vehicle's access list.
