Well yeah. With how ugly it is I'd imagine lots of people are going to shoot at them. Sarcasm, don't actually shoot at one.
In all seriousness, I can see some people, that aren't owners, trying to test the "indestructible" windows, or whatever the marketing term was, of random cybertrucks they find on the street. Unfortunately, it as a Kia/Hyundai TikTok type challenge written all over it.

I in no way support that, its vandalism, no matter how someone thinks the truck looks.

Agree on both counts. That people are going to try and mess with these vehicles and that it's totally wrong to do so. I think the cyber truck looks ugly as sin but I would never encourage or support someone to harm someone else's things. It's not right and stunts like this are going to cause owner's problems.

The 9mm would depend on whether or not it was a modern hollow point. You're right 9mm has a much higher velocity than .45ACP. The thing is though hollow points are designed to expand upon impact to dissipate the energy. So it might still be stopped. 9mm ball would go right through no question as would something like an FN five-seven.
You mean fmj 9mm ball ammo that pretty much everyone on the street carries? You mean I can pay $14 for 50 rounds of ball instead $40 for self defense rounds..... hmmm

Every punk in the world just said, “Challenge Accepted”. This is irresponsible marketing IMO.

You are right. The typical street thug isn't carrying HSTs or Hornady critical defense in his 9mm. He's rocking his hi-point with the cheapest shit ball ammo he can find.

  • CyberTruck - Performance - 9,XXX pounds GVWR - 3,500 lbs Payload - Under 6,499 Curb Weight??
  • CyberTruck - Standard - 8,XXX pounds GVWR - 3,500 lbs Payload - Under 5,499 Curb Weight???
Well something has to give, either pack size or payload. The curb weights seems pretty low,
I highly doubt it will meet claims on payload or range. The 3500lbs payload seems outlandish. I honestly would be surprised if it achieves 400 mikes (unladen) range in a configuration with a max payload of 2500lbs .
