Camp Speaker Latch Malfunction

Anyone else having an issue getting their Camp Speaker out from the center console? During my delivery, the guide was attempting to show me the camp speaker and had to hit the unlatch button in the screen several times before it worked. That was the only time I saw the speaker. Since then, after multiple resets, calling support and trying all the tricks I've found on Reddit and the forums, I have not been able to get it out. Truck is currently at the service center for this issue (it's the only issue I've had with the truck). The last I heard from them is that they still cannot get the speaker out in order to replace the latch. It sounds like they already have the latch part in stock and ready to be swapped out, but unable to get to it. Just visually looking at the center console I'm sure it's a nightmare to access with the speaker in the way, and I'm sure they're going to have to remove the entire console from the vehicle as a last resort. It's not a huge deal, but I definitely will be wanting that speaker in the future for camping.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this, but mostly posting this since I haven't seen much talk about it.

Yeah, I had this issue with the camp speaker not releasing from the console.
I tried lots of things, including asking it politely. Rivian tried to troubleshoot via software it but ended up replacing the latch mech. No issues since.

Mine didn’t unlatch during test drive. She said often needs some miles and then work. Which it did. I simply haven’t latched since with no issue, as saw posts with issues,I guess hard braking and might come out? Hasn’t moved so far.

I haven't used mine much, but have found it stuck when trying to pull it out most of the time. I just lock then unlock the doors with the FOB or phone and it comes out every time. Sounds like your issue is something different though.
