Does anyone know if/when the service center in Canton MA will be open for service (not for demo drives)?

Good morning! From another poster on this thread; it looks to be "open" and they are booking appointments for the site. I asked the SC in Chelsea if I can cancel my appointment on the 14th and reschedule it for Canton. Awaiting to hear back.Does anyone know if/when the service center in Canton MA will be open for service (not for demo drives)?
The RAN chargers are not active yet. All they currently have is a bank of L2 chargers.OK great. Thanks. Does anyone know if they have a RAN charing station there? I have 12 months of free charging, but there aren't any RAN's in Boston area.....
canton fixed my car, did the recalls and waived the charge on the tire rotation. Polite, and friendly customer service throughout. so, despite delay (they paid rental car the whole time), i am a satisfied customer. And great to dump that crappy hybrid jeep grand Cherokee and have my lovely Rivian back! I could give 10 reasons why never to own one of those Cherokees. After having my car for 10 days in Chelsea (Boston) for a scheduled appointment and admitting they have not touched the car, Rivian just asked me if they could move my car to Canton to do the servicing. They could not tell me a repair time if left in Chelsea. So, I said yes of course.
Long story short, maybe Canton is open for service and I will have had my rental car paid for by Rivian for 2 weeks before getting my R1S back. Cost-effective? No. Satisfied service customer? Not currently.
At this point, my confidence in their ability to actually fix my car and do the recall work is diminishing. Here is hoping….
