His opinions all sound reasonable until he got to the complaints. Seemed to be trying a bit too hard to find faults, or fishing for controversy clicks. Like closing the gear tunnel the wrong way, wanting physical buttons for things that don't get used once set and saying "most people" complaint about lack of CarPlay and Android when there's never been a comprehensive headcount. All credibility lost on me as soon as the rants started to roll out of his mouth.
