I received a response today to my service request that is promising (sort of). The customer service agent heard back from a service center that it is a known issue that is currently being investigated and should be resolved remotely via a OTA install. They are keeping my appointment for now.I'm in Rye too. Same here. Still happening...
Do you have the Compass Yellow R1S that I see at Osborn? Love the color!
