I'm in Rye too. Same here. Still happening...
I received a response today to my service request that is promising (sort of). The customer service agent heard back from a service center that it is a known issue that is currently being investigated and should be resolved remotely via a OTA install. They are keeping my appointment for now.

Do you have the Compass Yellow R1S that I see at Osborn? Love the color!

I have the same issue, but on the other side of the country. Truck has great service everywhere in my city until I get home, and once I'm at the house I can't connect to the truck from the app and navigation doesn't work. Once I've driven a few miles away I can restart my navigation, load Spotify, and get accurate traffic and battery level on arrival.

Thought it might be AT&T at first but my fiancée's iPhone 16 has no issues with connection (reading back it seems like this doesn't mean anything). It's been this way for about a month now so next step is to just stop waiting and reach out to Rivian.

Thanks for the update! Yes, I'm one of TWO yellow R1S that show up at Osborn

What are the odds? If you ever see a harried guy driving a grey R1T, say hi and we can commiserate over not having a hotspot for the kids.

Hi all,

I’d love to hear if anyone has any advice on my recent issue. I have no cellular connection in my March 2023 R1T within about 2 miles of my house, but then once I go outside of that radius everything works fine. Once I get back within that radius I lose connection again. This has been going on for 8 days. I have connect plus, have called service and been scheduled for an early December appointment, and have tried multiple hard and soft resets. I haven’t seen anyone post with similar issues before, so curious if anyone has any thoughts. Thanks
This morning things seem to be fixed. There wasn’t an update, at least as far as I know. I’m updating the thread just in case others run into a similar issue down the line of a random area where all rivian users lose cellular connection. I would advise putting in a service ticket and then hopefully the problem will be resolved. It took two weeks in this case.
