What exactly do you think you are missing? Everything looks right to me.

My AT&T cell service is exceptionally weak where I live, so it seems I got a bunch of updates at once... one of them got rid of the [...] and turned it to a swipe up! I'm good! I really have to get into the habit of reading the update notes.

They switch over to the little bar on top vs the old way. I believe that was two updates ago. I do find this one a bit annoying as I have to touch twice sometimes to get the icons to open under the tab on the screen.
