Chargepoint chargers not showing up

Hi guys,
I did a search and didn’t see anything. Recently something has changed where I can no longer see the chargepoint chargers while looking on the map in the R1T (even when I have selected to search for chargepoint chargers). Furthermore, I can no longer see them in the Rivian app on my iPhone. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have been using the work around of using the chargepoint app to begin charging.

I just checked my app; I still have ChargePoints showing up in charging map.

Thank you jerseyff and bhopkins. I guess I will reach out to customer service if it isn’t fixed with the next update.

You might log into your Rivian.com account and verify you have a Chargepoint account linked. Not sure if that would impact seeing them or not.

You might also try a soft reboot (outer buttons on both scroll wheels) to see if that resolves the issue. That likely wouldn’t impact the app issue, but it might let you see them on the map.
