Color Vinyl Wrap / PPF for aesthetics?

Some PPF is offered in colors. As others have already mentioned, vinyl is not PPF; it's thinner and easier to apply, but it comes in more colors and is less expensive than PPF.

I'd think applying PPF over vinyl would be pretty rare and not cost effective.
