Thanks for the response. Anybody ever have to remove the door panel to did a dent?

IMO it should be called Painless Dent Repair. Your damage appears to be a great candidate for PDR. Used it to knockout several small dents/creases on my Tacoma and was simply amazing. As long as the paint and clear coat are intact, i.e. no chips or holes, the process can result in a fast fix. Make sure you get a reputable repair person or company to do the work. I think there is a certification that applies.
