I try to get there 7-7:30am but it opens at 6:30. For me, it depends on how early I can get my son out of bed.

And I thought I got sh&* offers from the online sellers! Who would actually accept that offer? Why even waste the electrons sending that out.
I just traded in my 2013 MS performance with 36K miles a week ago Saturday. The online buyers all lowballed me (of course, nothing like that). Carmax did too. I ended up trading it in to Rivian for $28.5K. With the tax bennies, it's the equivalent of about $31K. You might try givemethevin - they seemed honest. They started off with an offer similar to the rest of the online companies, but they nearly matched a bait-and-switch offer I got from driveway. So they MIGHT give you a fair offer.

Sounds good I'll check those 2 out. Ya, it was enough to make me say I'll never do business with Carvana ever again, it was literally laughable. KBB value is $54-58K for private party based on my car and mileage, but I'm certanily not expecting to get that but c'mon. I am expecting something in the high 40's low 50's and will need to check with Rivian to see what they give me in trade when the time is right.

Givemethevin just gave me $39,246 - $41,253 and waiting on a huge lowball from Driveway as we speak lol...

I think what is happening is all those online car outlets have been OVERpaying for vehicles for the past few years and now that the used car market is going south because of interest rates they are over correcting the other direction. I’ve been trying to pay attention to this so I’m ready when the time comes and it sure feels like a reset.

Used car prices are starting to crash. Too much inventory and new car production is finally getting back up to speed. I'm keeping an eye on the market so I can buy a toy next year.
