Most locals are well ware of this but The Count has received the estimate from the utility to run three phase to his most rural of properties. Sadly, as The Count may be crazy he is not in any way stupid. The $174,490.11 estimate means buying an extant commercial property instead of running new service may be the prudent move. The odd thing about this estimate is the property is less than 2 miles from a local cheese factory that has had three phase for decades. Currently The Count is negotiating with the owners to perhaps add a station of The Count Orlok Adventure Network to their rather small parking lot.
Meanwhile, The Count is proceeding with establishing something he will call a "waypoint" at his country property in lieu of a DCFC. Waypoints are a surefire means to disappoint consumers, which is a goal The Count has held for decades.
P.S. Roto-phase for DCFC in lieu of three phase is being looked into. But you already knew that The Count was doing so from the previous press releases in the local, weekly newspaper.
