Make sure they work! My crossbars I ordered with the vehicle did not fit... and I am trying to get them fixed or replaced.
They are adjustable, take the hard rubber piece off the bottom to expose the adjustment screws.

I took the feet off and tried to adjust them with an allen wrench but without instructions that was a fail. I finally called the service line and they are going to send someone out to do the adjustment.

their initial response was get a stepladder and apply more pressure from the top of the cross bar, but I had already tried that... no dice.

I hope the service people can get it sorted out. I will observe and post what they do to make it work properly.

They will be able to get it setup. I had to adjust 3 of the 4 feet on mine. There was a little trial an error but once I got one working the other 2 I had to adjust were pretty easy.
