Back when I had a construction job the company had an F-150. The bed was longer but we still needed to tie down to a rack for things being shown in this photo.

It’s a 6’ bed, so it’s very practical as far as full-size trucks go. And as pictured here these items are much longer as is common in construction/ trades….
