Rivian isn't making any profits, they loose tens of thousands of dollars per vehicle just to deliver it. Service only adds to the loss. It's a lower loss than before ~30K vs 80K, but still a loss.

Be frustrated but know being a new automaker isn't easy and it's messy. People are expecting more and no new automaker can delivery an experience of a legacy automaker (not even legacy automakers can everywhere). Not an excuse, just the reality of the situation.

Prioritizing reducing losses is prioritizing profits ?

Absolutely agree that a new carmaker can’t be perfect. But OP is talking about 6 months. That’s not lack of perfection, that’s insanity. And it’s common at the SJ SC.
