I purchased a 2022 Quad (26k miles) from one of the Rivian dealerships in FL about 6 weeks ago. When picking up the truck I mentioned a few issues and was told I could just take it in to have everything taken care of under warranty.
Fast forward to two weeks ago, dropped the truck off for:
1 - Suspension rattle drivers front and knocking sound when turning left from front left suspension
2 - Window seal on drivers door split and falling apart, the "wing window" right at the top of the gasket
3 - horribly loud noise (sounds like a pump or motor spinning at crazy fast speeds) when first powering on the truck, can feel it while sitting in the truck.

After having the truck for a week, they told me it was ready for pick up.
Their solutions for each issue were:
1 - "this is normal, the truck is smart" and those noises are the truck adjusting for bumps.... I know for sure this isn't correct and the rattle and knock has gotten worse since the service visit
2 - was told I tore the gasket having the windows tinted. I supplied them images of the truck from the listing of the truck before I bought it that showed the gasket had already failed. They still denied the warranty repair and said I would have to pay for the replacement and install
3- loud noise is because the truck battery was too hot and it need to run the cooling pumps, and that is how loud they are. The video I showed them of it happening was of my truck in an air conditioned garage, temp in the garage is always between 80-82 degrees.

My question is how do I handle this?
The truck is going back again in a week because the suspension issue has me freaked out because I do over 120 miles a day on the highway. I know something is not right.
How do I get this resolved if they have already told me once this is "normal"?

Just wanted to update this, hopefully I can link this video.
The suspension sounds are hard to hear because of sound canceling on every camera and phone I have, you can hear the sounds w/ head phones on starting right before the red vehicle parked on the side of the street.

You could take it to a Rivian authorized service shop and have them do an assessment for items 1 & 3. You will pay for an inspection but have either piece of mind that this is normal or paperwork from a third party to show the SC and an exhibit for small claims court.

Item 2 should have been noted on the paperwork when you did your walkaround. If not, you are likely not going to get that fixed until "someone" breaks that window and you have it replaced under insurance for free under your zero deductible glass replacement...

Best of luck and sorry your new ownership is not going great as they are awesome trucks!

I'm not sure what the "Rivian dealership" is, but I assume you mean the online store for used inventory and picked up in FL sales space. There are some known issues with the Gen 1 that are well documented on this forum, like the 12VB batteries and halfshaft washers, to name a few. I did my research and still chose to buy a used 2022; even after several SC visits, I'm ridiculously impressed after over a year in the truck.

I agree with @GreggVA , assuming you're under 60K miles, start a service claim on your app, list issues, discuss with Rivian SC staff, and ask for warranty coverage. I had clicking sounds coming from halfshaft washers, replaced them under warranty, they came back in 4 months and others have reported clicking comes back. It's not uncommon for suspension to have slow leaks and have air suspension adjust in first minutes after a deep sleep, mine will often do this in first few minutes of drive, usually when I'm stopped at a light and the air compressor can be heard from the cabin. You can video record this and upload videos or photos to your app and discuss with service techs; if your compressor sound is far too loud, your service tech should know right away.
FWIW, my door seals are also detaching in a few places, and I planned to just reapply adhesive myself (someday). Maybe I should have asked, but I never asked the service center to look into it; it hasn't bothered me enough.
Lastly, if you have a tanneau cover, the general consensus seems to be that version 1 covers all break eventually, usually jamming up or stripping the little gear teeth on the slats. Mine broke at 59 K miles, and Rivian replaced it without complaint with a new version 2 that is buttery smooth and quiet.
I hope you eventually grow to love your truck as much as I love mine, and that you get many years of enjoyment out of it.

This is about the cr4ppy dealership rather than anything to do with a SC. Book an apt with a SC and they will get you squared away. I had a few "moments" with my truck also. SC made it as good as new. Would be good to share the dealership so others are aware.

What do you mean by dealership? Rivian doesn't operate any or have affiliation with any. It's a direct-to-consumer business model. There are Rivian Spaces (which are combo studio show rooms and events center, where demo drives and deliveries could take place) and Rivian Service Centers (which, pending location, may also host demo drives and deliveries).

Fast forward to two weeks ago, dropped the truck off for:
1 - Suspension rattle drivers front and knocking sound when turning left from front left suspension
Multiple possibilities...

Fairly common and usually caused by slop in the half shaft. Rivian's solution is to remove this slop by installing Ting Washers to pull the shaft tight towards the wheel hub. In some cases, it's play in the splines where the half shaft interfaces with the wheel hub. While parked, if you grab the half shaft by hand and try to slide/wiggle it, you might even be able feel the slop and produce the clunk.

There is another potential causes, especially when it's only when turning. It could be a compromised CV joint boot. Telltale sign of this, like any other car, is CV joint grease splattered all over the suspension components and wheel well. Are you still under warranty? If not, or running out soon, best look into extended service plan from Rivian or aftermarket (like Xcare, there are multiple threads discussion this, recommend using forum search to learn more, as well as actual experience from those who have it).

Less common, but known. Early production cars had machined and welded front subframe. If the welds are cracked, that allow play when under load. In these cases, Rivian's remedy is to retrofit to the revised [cast] subframe they introduced during 2nd year of production. This is a costly solution, so [reasonably] don't expect Rivian to jump to this conclusion unless they are sure there is indeed a crack in the subframe (and cracks can be difficult to spot).

There are countless threads on suspension noises. If it's a Rivian Service Center telling you it's normal and that the "truck is smart" (which is not even an excuse that makes sense), choose another Service Center if there is one.

2 - Window seal on drivers door split and falling apart, the "wing window" right at the top of the gasket
Unfortunately, from your description, there's no definitive proof who is responsible. It's your word against theirs. So if you want it fixed... you just have to get past the impasse and pay for the fix.

3 - horribly loud noise (sounds like a pump or motor spinning at crazy fast speeds) when first powering on the truck, can feel it while sitting in the truck.
If it's a loud humming with felt vibration, that's normal for gen 1. Yes, it's an EV, but it's still a machine. Machines make noises. It still has an AC compressor, power steering pump, HV pack coolant pump, and lots of other conventional automotive components that make noise and vibrate when running. You will experience this loud humming and vibration when you fast charge at a charging station and on very hot days.

From what I can decipher, he bought it from some used dealership, but trying to get the issues resolved at a service center.

For #1 do a test drive with the service technician which they normally offer to do - they'll be able to listen to id while you drive and give feedback
#2 - this very well be something not covered - if you bought it used and maybe someone tried to remove tint previously, it could have damaged it. If you can't prove it's just defective, sounds like they won't cover it. Hard to prove either way unless you were the original owner
#3 - same thing as #1. I think I've heard this too on mine but it doesn't always do it.

That's what it sounded, but not clearly stated and I didn't want to make assumptions. But, yes, even though service is by appointment only... there are no official rules against dropping by a Service Center just to chat with someone who can provide some preliminary guidance or arrange for a tech to ride-along. Advice on ride-alongs, be prepared—i.e. before showing up and asking for one, find a road near the Service Center where you can consistently reproduce the noise or seemingly abnormal behavior. This will better your odds and avoid the dreaded "cannot replicate problem".

I updated my original post, with a quick video. The suspension rattle has gotten so bad I am not driving the truck anymore until it goes to service on Tuesday.
I also ordered new tires to replace the scorpions on there now that only about 2k miles on them
Figured if I at least have the tires changed they will have to put the truck in the air, so maybe they will actually look for the rattle too.

My biggest issue with going to another SC is that the next closest one is where I purchased the vehicle from and it is a 4 hour round trip, but it may come to that.
I may go the route of having a authorized repair shop, not the SC, look at it if they cannot find an issue this week.
