I've never tried to purchase just the grommet from a dealership, but these seem to be fairly universal. I've repurposed them from unused mats and you can purchase them on Amazon, etc.

The grommets are the same in the O.E. Chilewich mats. I broke a couple and just pulled them off the original mats. They're going to sit on a shelf in my garage until doomsday anyway, so why not repurpose the grommets? ?
