We have completed the entire purchasing process on our Rivian r1s and the delivery was suddenly canceled without explanation. They currently have the entire approximately 90k via wire but our guide and nobody from customer support is available to explain what has happened. No answers to phone calls, texts or emails. Has anybody experienced this? Please advise as I do not know where to go from here except via legal counsel!
