Dfw area for tire rotation/balance and alignment

Hey was wondering where y’all take your R1Ts to get the tires rotated and balanced. I live in Roanoke and I can obv goto NTB or discount tire but I noticed when I had a Tesla 3 I had some minor rim damage and with these all black 20s on mine I didn’t know if y’all went through a truck/suv specialist in the area or even through rivian ? Thanks !

Same question here. Looking for an EV experienced shop to do a road force balance and rotation on the R1T. Any recommendations?

I tried a couple of places here in Denton and they wouldn't even consider it, so I ended up just taking mine the Dallas SC. Slightly more expensive ($60 vs $20 for a simple rotation), but I think it was worth it to let the people familiar with the truck do the work.

Why are various places rejecting a tire rotation? Is anyone giving a reason?

For what it's worth, I plan on calling around when I get closer to 6k miles. I bought some pucks (JackPucks) for the lift and hoping the tire places are willing to do the work.

I'm north of Dallas about 30 minutes. Frisco & surrounding areas.

The two places I went were both uncomfortable lifting such a heavy vehicle that they had no familiarity with. They weren't willing to accept any risk in the event that they inadvertently damaged the vehicle - which is understandable. It's a new vehicle that is similar but different from other EVs. One of the shops even said they only trust one technician to even do Tesla rotations, and he was not in the shop on the day I visited.

That makes sense.

Weight wise, I'd assume if they were willing to do some larger trucks, and jeeps, they'd be OK with the Rivian.

I guess if there's no place nearby, then it's to the Rivian Service Center for everything.
