I was at the Rivian website and was was looking at the R1S Tri-Motor and when I clicked the financing options for 60 months with $30K down payment, the interest now is showing 0% 60 months, .49% 72 months, and 1.99% 84 months.

I logout out and log back in and it still showing the new rates.

Any else can verify this?

I maybe a new R1S owner this month, hopefully will carry over to May & June 2026 as I have Cyberbeast test drive.

--Thanks

It looks like if you change the default down payment $30K to like $15K, the 60 month goes to 0%

I wonder if this is a software bug as it is only doing it on the R1S Tri-Motor model

Not likely. Advertisement is not a contract but an invitation for the customer to make an offer.
Rivian has the right to decline the offer.

Yeah it was live for a bit and no they will not honor it (at least in my case). I had been working with a guide on a deal and thought they had changed something for me. I was obviously disappointed when I was told it was a glitch and they would not honor it. And to make matters worse the guide is now blaming me for believing it was real and told me “The company has never offered a 0%APR and it likely will never be as low as 0.99% again. That is the reality “ which is absolutely untrue. So I’m pretty upset now and the thought of giving them a $115k feels kind of ridiculous right now.

What a great way to put off your potential customers.

I've seen them run deals all the time, generally towards the end of the quarter. If you're not in a rush I would just wait and see what happens.

I see more deals on the base models and as you move up to the Quad not so much.
My loan though my bank (BofA) was about 3/4 point less than Rivian bank (Chase)

For sure, I know they’ll have more deals in the future. I’m more upset about being lied to and gaslit as a sales tactic. Rivian should hold themselves to a higher standard.

They had 0%/60 months and 0.49%/72 months in February of this year when I used it to buy my Borealis Quad Motor R1T. Unless that employee was hired since then he's straight up lying, communicating disingenuously at best.

Even the current 0.99%/60 months on Tri and Quads is pretty solid, though.

What do you mean working on a deal? Since when does Rivian negotiate?

For sure, I mean the previous 0% APR offer is still on their website: https://rivian.com/offers/my-26-apr-offer-feb-2026

So I agree. Either the guide was new and making claims he was uninformed on, or blatantly lying to push a sale. I asked him stop messaging me and responded “ Certainly we will close your account now and remove the previously offered incentives. Thank you ”

So yeah that’s some petty stuff. Earlier in the morning he had increased by trade in offer by $1,500 so this was his way of getting back at me? Unreal.

We were discussing trade in pricing, and I was hoping to see if there was anything else that could be done. Wasn’t expecting it but have heard it’s possible.
