Thanks for this detail. Starting to look like my reasoning for not getting the update is an actual hardware malfunction, possibly the telecommunications module.
I started having connectivity issues between my app and vehicle as well as strange charging behaviors. A full reset while on the phone with Rivian resulted in the process stalling at 16% and ultimately a software version now listed as “unknown.”
