no. imo, they are doing their job and get paid for it. in the end its a personal preference to tip or not.

I tipped my mobile Tesla tech who solved a bunch of issues on my model S when she would come out. She didn't want to accept, but there were things she took extra time on and she was better than any of the other techs I had worked with In the past. I started requesting her.
