Im just shy of 3 years of ownership. Love my r1t, but I’ve complained from day one that the clock is a full arm+ length away from the drivers POV. Ive asked so many times for this to be moved to left of the center display and/or bottom center of the cluster. Yes, you can look at your watch, but a) this is more time away from driving and b) many of the younger generation don’t wear a watch.
This. I'm "mature" (60+) so my close up eyesight isn't as good as it once was. The clock is in a terrible location for me. Rivian did update the font in one of the early updates, and while it made it a little easier to read, it is still in a crap location.

It's too damn tiny a font, and too far away. Move it to the driver's display, and make it larger. And make the SOC larger, too.
Wristwatch is not an acceptable option. Yes, I wear one, but can't read it at night without turning on a light. Any cheap (or high-end) entertainment system (after-market or built-in) has a legible clock, and I find it to be one of the things I most want to be able to see on my dash. Rivian's clock display is useless.
