Adding a little info to this thread.
I have the Nokian Hakkepilltta R5 SUV on our Volvo XC40 EV and the Nokian Outpost nAT on our Rivian R1T. At cold weather neither of these tires result in a big loss of efficiency. But at warmer temperatures the Outpost nAT has much worse efficiency.
I don't have actual cold weather data on the Volvo with the OEM all seasons so I'm extrapolating the trend line down into the colder range. The "X" marker is the one data point I have on the Winter tires and it is just a little below the trend line. Pretty happy with these results in colder weather.
The Outpost nAT's do really well in snow but just so-so on icy conditions. The Hakka's are much better on ice as you would expect a winter tire to be.
