Hi fellow owners! I have a Gen 2 R1T and recently moved from Cincinnati to the Seattle area, and have been using Electrafi since last November and loving it. But since this move (a little over 2 weeks ago) my data has remained on the Cincinnati time zone, and I can't figure out how to fix that. But just since yesterday where I had 4 drives over 20 miles each, I have zero data on those, yet an at home charge is reported. I tried deleting the Rivian API tokens and re-invoking, but no luck.. Anyway, 2 issues in there, does anyone have any ideas to offer to get things back on track? Thanks in anticipation!! Here's a post of yesterdays data which shows the charge I started (on Cincy time) but lacking any drive data:

Thanks Dark-Fx, you just gave me an idea (and a senior moment 😂 ).. I had looked for ideas on the Electrafi site but not noticed the support section, DUH! I'll log a ticket and report back on what I find. Thanks!

I have an update: A tech from Electrafi instructed me on how to update our 'Home' location, which was kinda buried in 'Settings>home charging' so we are in the correct time zone now.

The other issue is a different issue, I now suspect being the result of when we take ferry rides to the mainland (from Vashon Island to Seattle or Tacoma). While spending 15 mins or so in what could be described as inside a large Faraday cage, we lose our connection to the digital world and notice that regaining a GPS location fix can sometimes take several miles of driving! So I'm now suspecting that this disconnect may not be getting fully reconnected, with respect to driving data.. So while this is my suspicion, have any of you guys experienced anything like this? Curious on solutions, I figured trying a full, or just screen reset. I'll report further after I try this.

Your screenshot answers a question myself and a few other owners with 2ish year old Rivians assumed to be the case. The reported kWh capacity of the battery pack IS showing the buffer as well. Being that yours is a Gen 2 Max pack, 140kWh (141kWh in Gen 1 Max) is useable, with a buffer set aside beyond that and 0% to keep systems alive. So in your case, 143.1kWh give or take depending on BMS sway is your packs total capacity.

For reference my 2023 R1T with 58,000kms has a total capacity of 130.3kWh (varies between 128.9 and 130.8) Gen 1 Large packs were rated as 131kWh useable, but assumed to be closer to 135kWh with the allocated buffer.
