Definitely reminded me of the Isetta, but had a meaty rear tire under it. Think our trucks are at the opposite end of the EV spectrum, but cool regardless.

I saw one in UCLA, charging in one of the parking lot.

Test drove one in early 2021. The ride was *REALLY* rough (think "race tuned Miata") and both acceleration and braking was bad - potentially dangerously so.

The rear "trunk" had a surprising amount of storage space, though.

I may be biased being an Arcimoto FUV owner, though. The ElectraMeccanica definitely has a "more polished" look and feel, but is a far worse driving vehicle. (I did invest in ElectraMeccanica - that stock now down 85%…)

I see them all the time here (Vancouver, BC), but this is where headquarters is. Been on the roads here for years now. My friend is an engineer there. I've never personally driven one though.
