Escalating Service?

Yeah they've been great to me too. Unfortunately I'm in Tahoe so I think well outside what they might pickup and drop off. They do have mobile service that comes around here, but only once a month.

We are in Auburn...about 45 miles from the SC.....which I thought was impressive. But if they have a mobile service.....even better. I know my brother-in-law (that has an R1T) they came out to the house to fix the FRUNK (my sister-in-law tried to close it not knowing you need to use the console) and it messed something up.....I think it took 15 mins. to fix.

How do you contact the service center? The general service line? I am not sure I am actually talking to anyone at the service center, but someone at the general Rivian call center...

In my experience, you call the Rivian Service line, and the person who picks up is in a call center some place. They can look at your tickets and any notes on them. And then they a try to call the Service Center. If the SC picks up, they can transfer you to someone to talk to there. Otherwise they tell the SC to call you back, and they will probably call you back same day.

I don't know how to contact the SC manager, but I'd imagine you do what I described above and then ask to talk to the manager once you are talking to someone at the SC.
