Posting this in case it's useful to anyone considering an order, and in the hope someone from EV Sportline sees it.

I ordered rock sliders for my Gen 2 R1T almost two weeks ago. Their product page listed them as in stock with a 1-3 day shipping time — and as of today, it still does. My order has been stuck at "preparing for shipping" since I placed it.

I've emailed a few times with no response at all. When I called, I was told someone in processing would follow up by email — that was three days ago and I still haven't heard anything.

What bothers me is that the listing still says in stock and 1-3 days, and that nobody will tell me what's actually going on. A one-line email saying "these are on backorder, here's the ETA" would have completely defused this.

If anyone here has a contact at EV Sportline who actually responds, I'd appreciate a pointer. And if anyone else is mid-order with them, I'd be curious whether you're seeing the same thing.

Hi Bowie, happy to look into this. Rest assured, we'll male it right. What is your name or order number please? Maybe a glitch on website, but we'll check it out!

Also, always feel free to call back if something falls off - we have a full time receptionist these days, so if you have issues/questions call and say that, or remind us!

apologies on the mixup, we have the Gen I R1S in stock, the Gen II R1S is b/o with ETA Mid August. Both R1T are b/o with ETA Mid-Aug.

I may have an open box set, let me know who / order and I will see what I can do!

I've been on so many forums, over so many years, and seen so many people complain about so many vendors. It's nice that (even when we are complaining) @EV Sportline is so responsive here.
