Financial Packet from Chase never came

Quick update:

• Leased our R1S, took deliver 3/5/2024
• Was issued 2nd temporary tag a couple of days or so before 1st 60 day temp tag expired
• Received Colorado plates and registration via UPS about 5 days before the 2nd 60 day tag was about to expire
• (Finally!) Received lease information vis USPS 6/21/2024
• We were existing Chase customers, lease information appeared in Chase account about the same time the lease packet arrived
• All in, just over 3.5 months from delivery to receiving lease packet

First payment is scheduled for 7/4/2024. I have been wondering how they were going to handle the 3 payments we've "missed" for April, May and June (1st payment is due at lease signing).

It looks like they recalculated the lease to be 32 months of payments, with the same 3 year end date, meaning our monthly payment is higher than originally.

That's good in that I didn't have to come up with 3 months of payments to 'catch up' (I had been setting the money aside each month and was prepared to do that if necessary) but it does mean the monthly payment went up.

Side note for Colorado folks: They issued the standard white/green Colorado plates. You can order different plates online via https://mydmv.colorado.gov/

• Replace License Plates

You'll have to pay whatever fee may apply and it takes 3-6 weeks for delivery

FWIW, this type of issue isn't isolated to Rivian. Toyota and Toyota Financial Services (lease owner, equivalent to Chase in this scenario) are just as much of a PITA. My wife has been fighting with TFS since January to process the lease, buy out the lease, get the right paperwork, etc...
